Honey glaze

Honey glaze is delicious on ham, try it on poultry as well, wether in the oven or on the bbq.

1 cup honey

1/4 cup mustard (best with grains)

1 finely chopped shallot

1 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)

ginger powder
