Fish cakes

Quick & simple, these can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
I tend to make this when I have left over potatoes or mashed potatoes.

3 boiled potatoes
3 small filets of white fish
1 egg
1 small eschalot
parseley
paprika
salt & pepper
breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Mash potatoes & fish.
Add rest of ingredients.
Pat into palm size paddies then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil.
Serve hot
